SHIPPING – WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

Free domestic shipping on all orders above $150 and orders below $150 will be required to pay standard shipping rate. Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment. Discounted merchandise may take an additional day to process.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Coconut Village products are all handmade and one of a kind. Which gives every unique item a different story. As a result, they may show signs of age and wear and tear. We endeavor to accurately describe the condition of all of our pieces and will denote in product information any flaws, damages, and imperfections. Please make your selections with care and carefully review all product information and sizing before making a purchase.

Coconut Village doesn’t offer refunds but will issue an exchange/store credit if there’s a sizing issue on clothing as long as the item is returned within 7 days, from the day of receiving.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your exchange passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit. Please include a note with your order number and the reason for return.
